About Aliakber
If you're a student, you have potential to grow. To thrive. To achieve. However, you don't always have someone reliable to show you the way to fulfil your potential. I am grateful & driven every time I have the opportunity to help a student achieve what perhaps even they didn't believe they could achieve. Learning is important, but grades are a prerequisite to strong school & university applications. I teach in a way where students learn well, but also optimise for achieving the highest grades possible. There is a recipe, and understanding is only a part of it.

• As someone who has been exploring the literature on effective learning and teaching throughout his academic journey, Aliakber helps students focus their energy and time on that which actually improves their grades & learning, cutting out all the time-wasting aspects of the process. Most recently, he completed his research at the world-leading Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience (achieving a first-class dissertation on the subject of human learning), followed by a full-time PGCE in Science Education at King's College London. • He has tutored Arabic elocution for 6 years & has been an Academic mentor for GCSE, A-Level and university students. • Currently (2024-25) completing the PGCE at King's College London, to become a fully qualified secondary school teacher for Science (GCSE & A-Level). • Teaches GCSE Maths, Biology & Chemistry • 1 to 1 - online classes
