About Samia
I am Samia and I’m a 16 year old A-Level student, with a huge passion for studying Maths. I got a grade 8 at GCSE maths and I am now studying maths at A-Level in sixth form. My other subjects that I am taking are: Biology and Chemistry. I have had a passion for Maths from a very young age. By the time I was in Year 3, my mental arithmetic was equal to that of a 13 year old! I would love to share my love for Maths with everyone I can and tutoring children is just one of many ways I’m doing that.

I have achieved the grade that I wanted at GCSE and I would love to help others reach their goal. The only way to make this easier is by building their foundation skills in Maths from a young age, which is exactly what I did! I teach children from Year 3 all the way to Year 9. Lessons will be an hour long for those in Year 7-9 however only half an hour for children in Year 3-6. For younger students we will focus on the basic skills required in Maths to prepare them for Secondary School. For older students in Year 7 and above we will build on them skills together to get them ready for GCSE maths! Maths is practice, practice practice! So I’ll set mini homework tasks for them to complete in between each lesson. With all of this help, they’ll definitely be top of the class for Maths and they’ll learn to love Math just like I do!
