About Brooke
It is important to me that you, the student, know that together we will help you understand the topic and achieve mastery. I am here as a tool to help you fill in knowledge gaps and strengthen your understanding of a concept. My tutoring sessions are clam and comfortable, and we go at your learning pace to make sure that everything makes sense. I greatly enjoy working with students and creating a warm atmosphere in which they can learn.

I believe in meeting the student where they are at and filling in knowledge gaps. It is important to me that each student feels heard and knows that I believe they are capable of achieving mastery of the subject. I like to vary the lesson plan, alternating between descriptions of a topic and activities, always leaving space for the student to ask questions. I work with students of all levels, K-12. I am a recent college graduate and can relate to the experience of being a student. I have a passion for writing and am eager to help others develop their skills and command of the English language.
