About Kadri
I am a yogi and I like to teach! Since early childhood I have been into dancing, later teaching and choreographing and working as a professional dancer. In order to maintain that physical and mental shape I was drawn to yoga. I have learned it in DanceAct College (Estonia), completed a teacher training course in AlakhYog (India), using it in the dance classes and living it myself every day.

My teaching is based on traditional Hatha Yoga (which is aslo a base for Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga) practises that include Kriya (cleansing techinques), Panayama (breathing techinques), Asana (postures), Mudra (gestures) and Bandha (internal locks). I like to approach personally and get to know my students (their intentions and goals, background and possible injuries) in order to get maximum benefit out of each practise.
