About Zainab
Hi! My name is Zainab, and I’m currently a high school student with a strong interest in education, communication, and working with younger students. I wanted to begin tutoring because I’ve always found that the way something is explained can completely change how a student feels about a subject. A lot of students are capable of doing well, but sometimes classroom environments move too quickly or teach in ways that don’t suit everyone.
As someone who is still a student myself, I feel I can connect with younger students more easily and explain things in a way that feels less intimidating and more approachable. I understand how stressful school can sometimes feel, especially when students lose confidence in themselves early on, and I want to help make learning feel calmer and more manageable.
Outside of academics, I enjoy creative hobbies such as crochet, and I value patience, consistency, and creating a positive environment for others. My goal as a tutor is not only to support students academically, but also to help them feel more confident and comfortable with learning overall.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and adapted to each student’s learning style. I aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and taking their time to understand concepts properly. I mainly help with primary school maths, homework support, and general understanding of school subjects.
Lessons are usually around 45–60 minutes depending on the student’s needs and attention span. During lessons, I focus on explaining concepts clearly, working through examples together, and helping students practise independently to build confidence.
I am a high school student with strong academic results and a passion for helping younger students improve their understanding and feel more positive about learning. I understand that school can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I try to make lessons encouraging and stress-free.
My lessons are best suited for primary school students who would benefit from extra support, homework help, or confidence-building in maths and general schoolwork.
