About Shianne
Hi my name is Shianne and I am currently studying at university to become a teacher. I love forming connections with the students I am coaching and love when they achieve something they didn't think they could. I love kids' energy and their passion towards life. I am also a dedicated swimmer, who trains up to 20 hours a week, and offering coaching as a bronze licenced coach.

I think the most important thing a coach can do is provide an opportunity for the student to thrive. Being the one person there that cheers them on is a powerful thing. Providing alternate methods for students to learn is essential, in addition to forming connections. A typical lesson with me varies depending on the student's need. I am completing a Bachelor of Education, so the skills transfer. I have 4 years experience working as a learn to swim teacher, lifeguard and customer service and 1 year experience as a swim coach. Sessions/lessons will be distributed around my schedule - however I will do my best to accommodate for yours as best I can.
