My teaching methodology changes depending on my students and their level. For babies and toddlers, I use songs and games to teach them the basics of water safety. For children, I start with basic learn to swim lessons up to coaching. Finally, for adults, I like to explain the reasoning behind body positioning and breathing techniques to make the strokes more efficient.
