About Aoife
I am a well-seasoned swimmer, having swam competitively since the age of 12. I also competed in surf lifesaving and was a beach lifeguard for four years. Throughout school and my degree I taught lessons to both adults and children. I have a passion for the sea and the water and strongly believe everyone should know how to swim. It is a lifelong skill. I’m also a people person and enjoy meeting new people. I am happy to cater to all abilities!

Lessons are tailored to an individual's swimming capabilities. Whether you're a beginner looking to gain some basic confidence in the water and learn how to swim or you have experience swimming and are looking for stroke improvement or to practice distance. Lessons can be done in open water or swimming pools depending on your preference. Weekly or fortnightly lesson plans can be implemented depending on your goals.
