About Jocelyn
I am a 45 but young at heart, love the ocean, swimming and a good laugh.
I grew up swimming and it is my escape and something that I love. I have 7 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in community mental health and working with clients with an intellectual Disability to improve health and wellbeing. Prior to graduating as an OT, I studied psychology and education and worked as a primary school teacher, personal trainer, tutor, swim teacher, triathlon coach and athlete in Australia, Asia and the USA.

Offering individualised, goal directed progressive sessions from 30min - 90min, depending on the person and overall desired outcomes.
I am motivated to utilise my clinical qualifications and vast range of skills and experience gained through 25 years of working with children, adults and their families in mental health, disability, educational and sporting settings to support and empower others to achieve their goals.
