About Daniel
I teach speed and efficiency in the water.
I am a former sprinter, with specialities in the 50, 100, 200 breast, free, fly events, as well as the IM events. I coach to a sprinter's mentality, or for someone who just wants to get faster than his friends. For serious swimmers, we can develop a training plan together.
