About Isabelle
Hi! My name is Isabelle and I am a first year student at Sydney University. I graduated from Merewether High School in Newcastle last year (2020) with an ATAR of 89.55. I am super keen on tutoring maths as I have always enjoyed learning it! In high school I undertook both Advanced Mathematics and Extension 1 receiving a band 6 in Advanced and an E3 in Extension. I would love to focus on primarily Advanced Mathematics but can assist in Extension also. I am also keen to help students of any grade with their learning. I have never professionally tutored before but have often assisted my Grade 11 sister in her maths. I was also a gymnastics coach for 2 years so have experience in the mentoring role.

I believe constantly adapting and evolving my teaching methods to best suit the individual student is the most effective strategy. I am happy to assist with textbook questions, past-papers, recently-sat tests - anything the student would like. I am also happy to provide my own questions and scenarios to further challenge them.
