About Kevin
I've spent years working professionally in IT delivery, holding myself to a high standard and pushing to become a genuine expert rather than settling for 'good enough.' I regularly solve problems that others have given up on, the kind of long-standing issues most people just work around instead of fixing. Alongside that, I've provided extensive training and technical writing over the years, everything from complete beginners to Level 1 and 2 technical teams supporting customers and systems, so I'm comfortable adjusting my teaching to whatever level you're starting from. Being customer-service focused is what shapes how I teach: it's made me quick to understand exactly what you need, and it's why I'm patient, thorough, and genuinely invested in making sure things actually click for you, not just glossed over.
