About Adrien

I started playing at 8 years old and quickly joined a sports school in France, where I trained for 6 years. I participated in training camps and tournaments across Europe.

I've traveled extensively (over 20 countries), which is also why I'm here.

In France, I underwent a 14-month training program to obtain my state diploma, I managed a club with 160 members full-time, and at the same time, I played at the national level. I really enjoy teaching others what I've learned, but with my own method that I've developed over the years through experiences and encounters.

About the lesson

Hello table tennis players, I'm Adrien, 27 years old. I offer my services as a coach / training partner. By discussing your goals, I will prepare a program that helps you understand everything you need to progress.

(We make much more progress when we know what we're doing and why)

From beginner to expert, from 3 to 99 years old. From recreational table tennis to competition, from initiation to technical, physical, and mental improvement. Come and boost your energy! I adapt my coaching approach to each player and create a tailored program and schedule based on individual needs. I speak French, English, and Spanish.
