I am a martial artist with over 20 years of experience in practicing and teaching a variety of martial arts.
My rank is certified with the World Taekwondo Federation.
Additionally I have taken fitness certification classes and will be a Licensed teacher in the state of Ohio.

A typical lesson from me will contain specific stretches to do to enhance your flexibility, warm ups to improve moments we are practicing, a few specific techniques based on what we are working on, and new material to progress in rank.
You can expect lots of information about traditional martial arts, practicality of the move, and variations on technique based on body type and physical limitations.
Beginners, intermediate, and advanced students of all ages will be able to learn, grow, and progress in this class.
