About Rob
I am the director of Surreyqigong.co.uk specialising in teaching Chi Gung (Qi Gong), Tai Chi, Ba Gua, and Meditation. My studies in Internal arts began at the Dragon Gate Internal Arts School in Massachusetts, USA with director Buddy Tripp. I have also trained with Luo Dexiu, Aarvo Tucker, Kumar Bruce Frantzis, Maha Guru Pak Victor de Thouars and Keith Carvalho.

Health Arts are physical exercises and movements which help the body regain its natural state. These arts have been practised over thousands of years and include Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga and Ba Gua to name a few. These arts teach people how they can help themselves to heal, gain personal power, attain physical relaxation and develop awareness and peace within themselves using body movement and the mind. Lessons are unique for each student and may focus on one or several internal health arts. These can be held one to one or in small groups either in person or online. Lessons are normally held at the student's location or in a public space such as a park or field.
