About Alvin
I used to do Tai Chi with a Chinese teacher from Taiwan since 2008 in Australia. I teach the basic 8 form, 13 form, the Crane form and Wudang 27 form. I used to teach in countries like Canada, North America and the Philippines during my travels, to enthusiasts who are keen to learn the art.

My teaching is based on the traditional ways of doing Tai Chi. If done properly and correctly, our inner energy is activated which creates the energy to flow freely in the body. I start the session doing Loosening exercises - which is a must. Followed by Qi Cong moves which are basics to learn proper Tai Chi.

Details
My lesson is for beginners and intermediate levels. Doing Tai Chi outdoors early in the morning is the best. Also, wearing loose clothings will help to do the moves properly and will aid in proper circulations.
