About Robin
I am an Acoustic Engineer by day designing suitable acoustic environments so you can have quality sleep, chat comfortably with your mates by minimizing noise wherever you are. Why am I passionate about teaching? Arriving in Australia with 120 words of vocab and no concept of correct English grammar, I struggled to keep up in class or make friends at school. Understanding my struggle, my grandmother who only knew the alphabet taught me 1500 words in a single year. Consequently school became exciting and not anxiety-provoking. My grandmother didn't know English, but knew how to teach me effectively. Everyone has their own goals and learning methods, my job is to understand you and get you there efficiently.
