About Karen
I am a young physics tutor with strong experience in individual support and teaching young people in both private and school settings. I have worked as a substitute teacher in several elite Estonian schools, which has given me a good understanding of different learning styles, levels, and student needs, and taught me how to explain complex content in a way that everyone can understand.
My approach is logical, calm, and understandable — I focus not only on how the solution works, but also on why it works. Understanding builds confidence, not memorizing formulas.
I teach because I believe that every student is capable of understanding science if given time, clear connections, and supportive guidance. For me, the most important thing is the “click” — that moment when a connection that previously seemed confusing suddenly becomes clear to a student.
Interesting fact about me: in addition to teaching, I am an active dog sports trainer and my dog has won both the European and World Championship titles. Therefore, I believe in determination and can teach skills that create stable success — both in sports and in studies.

I offer individual private physics and mathematics lessons for elementary, middle and high school students (in English). My lessons are at a relaxed and logical pace and focus on real understanding, not just memorizing formulas. During one lesson, we do a short review, explain a new topic clearly and step by step, and practice problem solving together. Suitable for students who are preparing for tests or exams, want to fill in the gaps, or need confidence in more complex topics.
