Ideally have 2 lessons a week. Lessons should focus on practicing speaking and listening, rather than trying to take everything in during the lesson. I have a range of materials and videos to help you learn. One lesson typically goes for 90 minutes but longer or shorter is okay. I have taught Chinese as a subject to Chinese students at university and also to ESL students coming to China before they begin university or new jobs.
