I go with a more hands-on and need-based approach, I want my students to be able to come to me with any sort of problem or worksheet and I will help. I will also help with additional learning and ensure a well-rounded base of thought. I spend time focusing on giving the reason as to why we do processes the way we do and how it can be shifted for better understanding.
