About Maria
I’m Maria, my Yoga journey started in 2011. When I discovered Yoga my life changed. I had the possibility where i was to come back to my center, calm my mind and look after my body and Self.
Yoga is an art to me. Combining Mind Body and spirit to reach for your better self.
I have been travelling the last 7 years all over the world, teaching and learning form different people and cultures.
I teach my classes in English and also in Spanish.
