About Penny
Dance has been my life for seventeen years now. I started when I was three and haven't stopped since. So I understand the importance of ones passion and hope that I can help fuel it within my students. My classes aren't just for technique and skills but also a place for creativity and development to thrive. A persons dance journey is something so incredibly special, which is why I'd love to help in any way I can and pass down all that I've learnt to likeminded students.

I have been dancing for seventeen years. Former training includes Brent Street before I graduated from The Highlands School of Performing Arts back in 2021 and I also did Dance for my HSC.
I've completed my RAD syllabus and I have previous experience assistant teaching both Ballet and Contemporary. I teach primarily beginners/intermediates (Age range from 7-15) who are looking to further develop their skill and technique. However, I also do lessons for those completing their HSC; lessons include choreography and/or crtitiquing.
Typical lessons run from 30-60 minutes. However, I can also do 2-3 hour lessons, especially for those who are on Pointe.
My teaching takes on a gentle yet effective approach. Focusing not only on technique but also drawing the emotion out of a dancer when they perform.
I put a lot of time and work into my students so they can reach their full potential as a dancer!
