About Santhosha
I have done M. Sc in Mathematics, M. Phil in Mathematics and B. Ed ( Physical Science and Mathematical science) under Bangalore University.
I have worked for 6 years in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering as an Assistant Professor in Mathematics.
Now I'm currently working in Pre-university college teaching mathematics for science students from past 8 years.
Total I have 14 years teaching experience in teaching Mathematics

First I collect the knowledge and information from their previous knowledge of the learner. Then I will come to know what student knows and what student doesn't know. Giving lot of drill problems in order to become thorrow. Some of the topics are taught using inductive and deductive method.
Some of the topics are taught using logical reasoning and some of the topics are taught using anaytical method.
