About Sarita

I'm Sarita from Finland but I have lived in Australia the past 8 years. Based in Fremantle. I have graduated from byron bay yoga center 500+ 300hrs (2018-2019). I teach for many studios around perth, for corporate teams and also private sessions.

little bit about me..

I have always been passionate about human body and how it works. For me movement has always been the medicine. Through my own practice I have been amazed how we can tangle ourselves in different shapes and I love getting creative with shapes!! That’s how I feel I can express art through the movements and shapes. It’s like having a love language with yoga. Every time I step onto mat I get curious because the practise is never the same. I have learnt to welcome myself in practise whatever mood I carry with me. I’m so grateful for my own practice and able to share it with my students.
Im a person who lives with curiosity and taking that anywhere with me. Riding life waves with curiosity like each moment’s peak. It keeps me going and interested. It’s all about the journey – being here, not the destination. Being challenged, connected and interested. At the end of the day we never know what’s coming next!

What Yoga has given me..
What I have learnt is that we never stop learning. There is always space to learn and we will grow through the lessons. There is no progression without the struggle with anything in life and there will always be the down side and bonus side with everything with life. We just gotta dance between them :)

About the lesson

Practise with me! If you havent practised with me you can expect a strong and powerful flow class. As I like to be challenged I do like to challenge my students too in all different layers. I’m not too hard core though! I do give freedom for my students to choose what works on their bodies but I do encourage them to step out of their comfort zone because you never know what you are missing out! My classes are fun( I do share jokes too), strong , working on flexibility and breath work. Always trying to offer students what they need!
