I got into fitness after losing 15 kilos on my own fitness journey. I started at the very beginning with no knowledge as to what I was doing and I educated myself as I started to see progression within myself. I never started out wanting to become a pt, the passion for it developed as I started seeing my own body change. I began studying with ACSF in order to better my knowledge for my own training purposes and as time progressed, friends and family started asking for advice and my business, Body by Bo-Tarah was born! ”
