About Monica
I became a teacher of English after completing my CELTA 25 years ago. I went on to gain additional qualifications in order to enhance my learning and also to become a more efficient teacher. I have been training teachers since 2003 after completing my DELTA. I have always received very good feedback from my students and trainees. I have taught in Poland, Romania, England, Georgia and India. Currently, I am the Director at a language school in India and I would like to teach more which is why I am here.

I believe each student has different learning needs and learning styles. It is important to understand the student before and while teaching and adapting lessons to the individualistic style of the student. Teaching has always been my passion and I find it extremely satisfying when my students are making progress.
