About Lars
I have a bachelors degree in teaching for Science Biology 5-12. I also have a masters in teaching for Special Education. This is my 4th year of being a teacher and have developed many skills and strategies for helping people learn. Teaching and helping kids learn is my passion and I will always do my best to try to understand your child and their way of learning to adapt my tutoring to help them develop to the best of their abilities.

I am a very adaptive person and can personalize lessons and activities to help understand difficult concepts. I have been a substitute teacher for a K-8 school for the past 3 years (this is my 4th) which has helped me learn a lot and be able to increase my flexibility in teaching to different needs and styles.
I am getting my Masters in Special Education, which has increased my abilities to work with all kinds of students to a much greater and more personalized degree. I love working with students and truly want their success in learning and will put in outside hours into forming plans and activities to increase engagement and adapt to how a student learns best.
