About Tara
I have been a qualified teacher for 4 years, and before that I managed an education tuition centre for Maths and English for KS1/2/3. I have worked as youth officer in the past, so feel confident I can get students to where they want to be. It's all about confidence to give things a go, no one is a master at maths, it's all about the practice and effort that you put in!

Maths is not everyones favourite subject, however we all want to excel in it to progress in the future. My aim in lessons is to ensure students can find an enjoyment in the challenge of maths, and boost confidence as much as possible. I like to tutor in a non-judgemental manner, where students can be as open as possible and explain what they don't understand, so we can really explore from the basics and progress together.
