About Ritesh
I am MBA from symbiosis center for management and HRD, PUNE and SENIOR MANAGER AT CBI. I LOVED TEACHING MY KIDS and I filled the gaps which I saw in teachers when I was student. I improvised my methods and become one of the best in understanding needs of students and where they lack and what they must do

I go about simple question to asses pace and level of student, then try to adapt my methods as per the student. I have been teaching small kids and they have been picking up well. I always takes revision before new information and also after couple of days will revise what was learned on 1st day. It will make the maths go in their long term memory strong
