About Bella
I am a creative, hard-working and conscientious Mathematics teacher who understands the importance of Numeracy skills throughout the curriculum. I am well qualified and have continued to develop professionally; through my own teaching practice in the classroom, and through training and mentoring Trainee Teachers. I feel I have developed my practice and further improved my teaching skills. I have regularly been judged as good and outstanding in the classroom. I have expanded my knowledge of the curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 enabling me to become a highly skilled teacher; with a successful results at all Key Stages.

I consider myself to be a firm but fair teacher. Pupils quickly understand that I have high expectations of them in terms of their behaviour and attitude. I seek to encourage and cultivate an environment of mutual respect; considering each pupil an individual. With all this in place, I believe that my enthusiasm for my subject is evident in my teaching, and my aim is for pupils to be inspired and develop into motivated learners.
