About Julie

I am a qualified teacher with 21 years of teaching experience across KS1 and KS2. I teach all areas of the 11 plus and do this as a full time job. Hundreds of my past students are now in a grammar school of their choice. Three have stayed with me to have GCSE maths tuition. I am dedicated, caring, passionate and good at what I do. My aim is for every child to feel confident, positive and proud of themselves whilst achieving results. I am skilled at developing positive relationships with children of primary and secondary age and can quickly assess learning gaps and next steps. I am also able teach KS1 - KS3 maths and English if your child needs support on a 1:1 basis.

About the lesson

GL 11 plus targeted teaching Non Verbal Reasoning Verbal Reasoning Maths English MY LESSONS COVER ALL AREAS NO NEED TO BOOK SEPARATE AREAS I teach in groups of five. Lessons are an hour each week. Homework is set each week and used to inform the next week's planning. I am available for support via email throughout the week. I aim to provide sessions that promote a positive learning experience. In return, I ask for dedication and a growth mindset. I have a great track record of success and get the majority of my students through word of mouth. I look forward to hearing from you and being part of you and your child's 11 plus journey :-))
