I customize my methods according to the nuances and unique needs of my students. I do not practice a one-size fits-all approach.
I am a firm believer in the maxim that a teacher's primary role is not to help their students solve difficult problems but enable the students to solve difficult problems themselves. That's why I try to help my students build a sound conceptual foundation of the subject-matter first and foremost. Once that is done, I help my students connect what they learn in the curriculum with the outside world to enculcate curiosity and critical thinking.
