• Software Technologies: Azure Cloud, Active Directory, VMWare, Kaspersky AV, SharePoint, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti Access Points, Office 365, Lansweeper, Spiceworks, WatchGuard, Hexnode MDM and HIK Vision Security Cameras.
• Network Simulators: Cisco Packet Tracer.
• Routers: Cisco 3845, Cisco 3750, 2811, 1841, 1921.
• Switches: Cisco 2960 and 3750 v2 L2/L3 switches
• Securing Network: Configuring ACL, VPNs, Zone-based firewall.
• Ticket System: Have working knowledge of Spiceworks, ServiceNow, and Jira dashboard.
• Windows Server Infrastructure: Active Directory, NTFS permissions, Group Policies, Password policy, Patch Management, WSUS, DNS, DHCP.
• IT Security: CIA triad, IAAA, SDLC: waterfall & iterative, Vulnerability scanning, port Scanning, Threat assessments, Hydra, Metasploit, Burp Suite, NVD, exploit-DB, CVSS.
• Cryptography: PKI, Symmetric/Asymmetric keys, Hash Functions, and CA's.
• Malware analysis: PEview, PEiD, BinText, Dependency Walker, Regshot, HashCalc, PEexplorer and IDA free.
• Vulnerability Assessment: Hands-On experience and knowledge in OpenVAS, Nessus, Qualys, Nexpose, Nikto
• Wireless Network: Handled Aruba 7005 Wireless LAN controller and Aruba AP-115, 225 Access Points and performed firmware upgrade, AP provisioning, SSID creation, DHCP setting, Captive portal setup.
• Virtualization: Hands-On experience in Oracle Virtual Box, VMware Workstation, VMware vSphere, ESXi host, creating, deploying, and managing VMs, VM templates.
• Compliance Standards – Have strong knowledge in ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST.
• Forensic Software: FTK Imager, Cellebrite, and Autopsy
• Other skills: Putty, Mobaxterm, Remote desktop, Pulse secure VPN, MS Office 365, Quick Assist.
• Have strong knowledge of OSI, TCP/IP models.
• Hands-On experience in installing software, operating systems, PC installations, assembling hardware
