I have had experience teaching students through my practicum. I have taught 45-minute lessons to a classroom and have had experience teaching my peers and having my teachings graded. I have had experience volunteering and working with children throughout life.

I make the lesson exciting through my visual aids and my passion for fitness. I will pre-assess and ask what is your personal fitness goals. I am willing to answer any questions outside of the tutoring sessions as well. One can pick a sport, and I will explain the rules of the game. Also, I would recommend exercises for that sport.
