About Saf
My name is Saf, and I teach maths. My mission is to help you to feel that you matter, you are valued, and there are no "silly questions".
Throughout my life, I have found comfort in the constant, unchanging manner of maths. There is no debate in maths, only truth or falseness, always an unquestionable answer. I want to use this passion to help you understand the world the way it helped me.
There is nobody who cannot learn maths, and I promise to instil in you the confidence I have in you already.

I have a genuine love of maths, and teach the subject to all abilities and ages up to and including GCSE level. My methodology for teaching is to make sure my students enjoy and understand my lessons, without fear of judgement. For this reason, my method of teaching changes depending on the student as I tailor it to your personal needs. I am trained, and have experience, working with individuals with Special Educational Needs, and am committed to making my lessons inclusive to the needs of each student. Lessons typically last 1 hour, however they can last as long as you like upon request.
