My teaching method is based on learners' needs analyses and their goals for studying the English language. In most cases, the combination of two or three syllabus types (such as grammar-based, notional functional and lexical syllabi) is very helpful to design an appropriate lesson plan for a specific group of learners. Obviously, learners proficiency levels and their age are important factors to design a practical and efficient lesson plan.
