About Fariha

Hello, I am a PhD student in theoretical quantum physics at UCL. I have a first class Master's degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Warwick, and a distinction in my Master of Research degree in Quantum Technologies from UCL. I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and teaching in various contexts, and have been for 6+ years. I take immense pride in helping students unlock their potential and see learning from new perspectives. I would like to offer help with Maths and Physics, from Years 7 up to A Level. My aim is for my students to achieve the highest possible grades they can, and also develop an understanding and enthusiasm of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects, so they could potentially pursue these at higher levels, and more generally benefit from the types of skills they encompass.

Perfect! Great tutor
I’m a foundation year student who was having trouble with a discrete maths module. The lesson was great as Fariha was very well prepared. We managed to get through everything in our session and I left feeling more confident in the areas I was struggling with. Her explanations were clear. She answered all of my questions and was willing to repeat anything I was struggling with. I would definitely recommend her for all levels and I would book again.
