About Arushi

I’m a friendly and patient yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga since 2022. I learned yoga from my Guru at Parth Yoga and Wellness Studio, India. My classes are beginner-friendly, calm, and supportive, helping students of all ages feel comfortable, confident, and refreshed on the mat.

About the lesson

Never tried yoga before? That’s perfectly okay. This class is gentle, beginner-friendly, and suitable for all ages just come as you are and enjoy moving, breathing, and relaxing at your own pace.

P.S : We can customise your exercise if there is any injury.

Excellent! Arushi was a good yoga instructor. Doing yoga for the first time in a couple of years, Arushi was understanding of not being very experienced with yoga and understood my lower back problems, reminding me to not try too hard so my lower back doesn't start hurting
