About Grace

Hi There! My name is Grace, I am a passionate student with a love for animals and the Indonesian language. I am currently working as a zookeeper which is amazing, I get to cuddle koalas and interact with native Indonesian speakers if they come to visit! I am friendly, confident and have been teaching others Indonesian for many years. I love to see people learn new things and to spark a passion for learning about our closest neighbour, beautiful Indonesia. I have been to Indonesia many times, but my favourite experience was my student exchange trip to Surabaya, it was magical. I look forward to helping you learn more and inspiring you to always ask questions!

About the lesson

I am a friendly, determined and motivated individual with a passion for helping others. I get great joy from teaching others what I love, the Indonesian language. The length of lessons would be 40-60 minutes long and are inspired from teachers, lectures and everyone that I have learnt from. I love to make teaching a fun experience, involving memory games, pictures, videos and more. I inspire my students to ask questions as I am very approachable and love to challenge others in their ability to learn. I can teach any age and have been studying Indonesian since I was in the fourth grade, I am now graduating the University of Western Australia this year. I look forward to hearing from you.
