About Omar
I am a third-year undergraduate student studying Medical Biosciences at Imperial College London. I decided to take on tutoring because I enjoy helping others build their confidence and reach their full potential. I particularly enjoy breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps, making challenging concepts easier to understand and less intimidating. My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their understanding, and becoming more confident in their abilities.

I have extensive tutoring experience, including teaching GCSE Maths online to a class of 11 students, as well as tutoring GCSE Maths and Science in person. I have also volunteered to support KS3 students with special educational needs in Maths.
I tailor each lesson to the individual needs of my students, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and discussing areas they find challenging. My lessons are interactive, with regular questioning to check understanding and identify any areas that need further explanation. I also use repetition and reinforcement to help students retain key concepts and build their confidence over time.
