About Oscar
Tutoring has been a passion of mine since I began teaching students two years ago. Having benefited greatly from science tutoring, I believe having a tutor can both reassure previously acquired knowledge, improve learning techniques, and ultimately improve academic performance. I can appreciate how we all learn in different ways, and I can offer tailored lessons to firstly ascertain learning techniques, and then apply knowledge to them.

Having tutored GCSE sciences for two years, I have experience teaching both core knowledge and revision techniques to apply to newly learned skills/concepts. I can offer 1-2hr online/in-person lessons with flexible dates and consistency for GCSE sciences, and A-level biology. I believe tutoring should be unique from person to person, and I can offer a tailored approach to both learning and revising. I understand the challenges and anxiety that can come with studying for A-levels/GCSEs, and I can be of assistance in learning/consolidating new concepts or finding new methods to study and revise.
