About Cora
I am a third-year PhD student at the University of Warwick where I specialise in Economic History and Political Economy. I have always loved math and I am so grateful that it is part of my daily work! Working in academia allows me to both follow my passion for teaching and work on exciting research projects (for example, right now I am researching the relationship between extremist voting, unemployment, and migration, as well as whether economic rights affect women's fertility choices). Outside of academia, I am a keen runner (I have finished three marathons so far, with another one coming up in October) and love cooking for my friends.

A typical lesson with me will be very practical - that can be going over exercises that I set you, homework for your classes, or coding questions. My key words are passion, patience, and perseverance - I always make sure that we are going at a pace that works for you, and my ultimate goal is for you to not just pass your classes but also enjoy working with numbers and quantitative methods. I am flexible with regards to lesson length, but would suggest 45 minutes to an hour.
I am award-winning teacher with experience at Warwick University, the Wharton School, and the University of Oxford. I teach A-Level and university students.
