About Devorah
Hi! My name is Devorah and I am currently a third year Fashion Design student at RMIT University in Melbourne. I have been sewing for many years and have developed skills in garment construction, patternmaking, and creative fashion design throughout my studies and personal practice.
Alongside university, I work professionally in childcare and hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Working with children has taught me how to be patient, supportive, and adaptable to different learning styles and personalities.
I am passionate about creativity and love helping others build confidence through making and designing. I enjoy creating a relaxed and encouraging environment where students can learn at their own pace and feel proud of what they create.

I offer beginner-friendly sewing and fashion design lessons for girls and school-aged students in a relaxed and supportive environment. Lessons can include learning how to use a sewing machine, basic garment construction, simple patternmaking, hand sewing techniques, fashion illustration, fabric understanding, and creative design development.
As a third year Fashion Design student at RMIT with years of sewing experience, I aim to make lessons approachable, creative, and confidence building. I also have experience working with young children and understand the importance of patience and encouragement while learning new skills.
Lessons can be adjusted depending on age, skill level, and personal interests.
