About Lucy
Hi, I’m Lucy, an undergraduate at Oxford University studying English Language and Literature. I have previous experience of in-person tutoring children aged 11-18 - Paid tutor experience with 2 students. Was also a tutor during A-levels to children yrs 7-11. I received all 9s at GCSE and A*A*A*A*B at A-level - I can’t wait to help you to achieve the same!

I want to help you to achieve your study goals and boost your exam confidence! I offer sessions in which I help students to organise their time and study goals in a time-effective way. Give me your weekly tasks and I will help you to create plans which are manageable and useful for your own way of studying. It is so important to have a healthy work-life balance, so I will help you to create realistic timetables. Lots of students struggle to manage their time effectively and to plan their next steps. Everyone has a different way of studying that works best for them, and I’m here to help you figure that out! I have had 3 years of personal training in study skills, and I’m passionate about sharing these skills with students who find it a little more difficult to organise themselves. Further, I have a counselling skills qualification and can provide techniques for dealing with exam stress in an effective way. I have specific experience with neurodivergence, and a passion for coaching students with ADHD to achieve their full potential! This includes teaching how to structure exam time properly, help with study skills such as managing a revision schedule, and helping break down tasks into manageable chunks. Often it is not the subject itself that you need help with, but learning how to effectively manage your other goals so that you are able to achieve your full potential!
