About Matilda
I have always had a strong passion for the sciences (particularly physics) and hope that my interest in these subjects helps to motivate students.
I understand that studying can be very difficult, often you don't know what your teachers are asking from you, that's where I can help! Just last year I was in your shoes, so I have a deep and specific understanding of different SACE assessment types. I am taking a gap year in 2026 before studying medicine at Adelaide university in 2027 so I have ample time for tutoring.
My lessons are tailored to you and your level so whether you're looking to pass a difficult class or push yourself over the edge to get an A or A+ I'm here to assist. I can help you achieve your goals without putting your life on hold.

Hi I'm Matilda,
I graduated from Darwin High School in 2025 with an ATAR of 98.55 . I'm taking a gap year n 2026 so I m available to help you achieve in high school!
I have a passion for science (Physics: A+, Chemistry: A, Biology: A) and a focused but fun teaching style. I also achieved highly in mathematical methods (A+) and English literature (A), and in the UCAT test (95 percentile).
My lessons run for a standard length of 1 hour (can be modified) and can include general study help, assistance with assignments and exam prep. I have an in-depth knowledge of the SACE system so I can help you with specific assessment requirements.
I am available to tutor middle and high school students.
