About Annie
I am a student.
and My teacher in China. I learned it around 17 years old. Someone will fall in love with this in the first time. and someone will love it after they cover from the bad shoulder. I teach the young Chinese for about 3 years. Normally at least 2 people at a time. or 4 people. Because it will like a team. This Taichi not just good for the body also good for the development of the brain. Normally I will do all the action with everyone. the most important thing of this Taichi is practice and practise.
