About Sarah
I’ve specialised in the 100mt hurdles! It would be great to train for good technique and timing! Training individuals in a wholistic manner to have a sound mind in a sound body is ultimately my goal, and hope together we achieve it!

Perfect! Sarah has been really amazing. My daughter (who is 9 and having private gymnastics lessons) just loves her and really looks forward to her lesson every Saturday. I thoroughly recommend Sarah. My daughter has progressed really well under her guidance. Thanks Sarah! So much appreciated.

01
How long have you been practising Athletics & Gymnastics?
I've been trained in Athletics and Gymnastics for over practising years and taught at an International school for 6 1/2 years during which time I’ve actively contributed towards the annual Gymnastic show.
02
What is your favourite event to watch in the Olympic Games and why?
My personal favourite at the Olympics is the 4x100 relay men and womens! The team sprint event displays sheer speed and brilliant teamwork! Every 4th year I eagerly await to see new records being created and teams giving it their best.
03
How would you describe your method as a practitioner?
I would like to think I use the latest methods of training and use innovative ideas that keep up with what’s in line with the present trends! The basic principles of training and guidelines for fitness are the underlying basics I instil in the lessons.
04
Do you have a role model, a person who really inspired you?
My dad was an ace soccer player and later played golf. His approach to the game made me curious to know how a human could derive so much satisfaction from a game and his fitness never ceases to amaze me!
05
How do you personally wind down after a session? What methods work for you?
Immediately after a good workout/ game, I personally resort to a thorough limbering down and ensure to follow up with some massage. This has proved to be quite effective for me.
