About Bethany
I am a South African who moved to Australia in November 2023. I am an experienced, committed music teacher with ample experience working with children, who is well-versed in tailoring lessons and teaching in a comprehensive way to students of a wide variety of ages. My personality is best suited to younger children, but I am comfortable adapting to any age group.
I am a friendly and energetic professional who is dedicated to instilling the love of music in children from a young age! I have played music from a young age and I specialize in arrangement of well-known songs into versions suitable for a variety of different skill levels. I have been teaching private piano, violin, orchestral, ensemble and theory lessons since 2010. I have ample experience in teaching the ABRSM syllabus and successfully getting candidates through their violin, piano and theory exams. I am comfortable teaching any syllabus and have also developed my own syllabus.
