Hello, beautiful souls! I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you. My journey into holistic and alternative healing methods began with a desire to explore my inner world and find peace after struggling with anxiety & depression. Through my experiences, I discovered the power of breathwork, which ignited a passion within me to help others tap into their own healing potential. After teaching yoga for three years, I delved deeper into the world of breathwork, where I uncovered the profound impact our breath can have on our well-being. This led me to become a transformational breathwork practitioner under the guidance of my mentor in Cape Town. My approach to healing is gentle, nurturing, and empowering. I've witnessed the transformative effects of breathwork in my own life and the lives of others, and it's truly an honor to be a part of this journey with my clients.
