About Amanda

I'm an engineering student, and as that's an investment in itself I believe proper health and nutrition are our biggest investment and payoff in life. I started weight training my senior year of high school and a year and a half ago expanded into cardio routines; I even tried MMA fighting. Along that ride, I manage what I eat as well. I have created whole and healthy recipes for myself in the past 4 years that taste great. I love to cook.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is to explain the method behind the madness. I want to know what you are comfortable doing, enjoy, and what makes you feel motivated. I want to set you up for success by supplying specific work out plans for you. We can work together to find what schedule it best suited for you. If you want to improve all around I will be even happier to share my nutrition tips.
